Maths For Fun

Thank you to all the wonderful mammys and daddy's who came to maths for fun. We had lots of fun and cheering with al l the great games. Maths really is fun!

Tall and short

Today we learned about tall and short. We arranged ourselves according to height. Múinteoir Michelle was really impressed with how fast we did it.

Exciting Day

Today we made our very first trip to Ballybane library. We listened to the story Oisin The Brave. The author of the story, Derek, read the story to us. We were so interested in the story because we have been learning all about space and this was a book about a trip to the moon. We even got to use a real telescope to look at the moon. We had great fun .

Halloween

We are getting ready for Halloween. Our classroom. Is starting to look spooky.

Aliens Love Underpants

We read the story Aliens Love Underpants. We thought it was a really funny story. Ask us to tell you all at home about the story. We just love sharing books in senior Infants.

Autumn

We made hedgehogs using clay. We found lots of shapes hiding in the clay. We pinched it, pounded it, flattened it, made it into a ball and then found Harry Hedgehog hiding inside.
